Fedar FD65 DTF Dirct to Film Printer uses double Epson Original I3200-A1 print heads. Max Printing Width: 700mm. Max Resolution: 3200DPI. 

Epson's unique Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT) delivers smooth gradation by freely control to eject the droplet volume. Ink ejection of up to 4 colors realize with high resolution (600 dpi/colour). In addition to the I3200, I1600 has also been added to the lineup in order to meet the various customer needs.

03 FEDAR FD65 DTF PRITNER WORKING PROCESS

Fedar FD70 DTF Direct to Film Printer Working Process The direct to film heat transfer process is to print pigment ink and white ink directly on PET film. The printer is connected to a powder shaking machine. After the PET film is printed, it goes through powder shaking machine and sprinkles hot melt adhesive powder on the corresponding pattern. Finally, dry and fix the color and roll it in one step.
