Static interference

This is known as the number one killer of print heads. An overly dry working environment will directly generate a large amount of static electricity, which will directly cause damage to the print head circuit; or when using printing materials, a large amount of static electricity will also be generated, which will damage the print head or cause impurities to accumulate, causing the print head to be blocked and damaged.

Solution: The best way to connect the ground wire is to connect one wire to the machine and one to the computer. The selected wire should preferably be a copper wire of more than four square meters, which is well grounded.

ink quality

The ink contains a variety of chemical components. Due to factors such as poor filtration, high viscosity, and insufficient moisturizing liquid, it is easy to cause the nozzle to malfunction.

Improper operation and maintenance

(1) Physical damage. Due to the warping of media such as paper, the metal holes at the bottom of the print head are scratched during the printing process, resulting in damage to the nozzle holes of the print head, which cannot be ejected normally.

Solution: During the drawing process, observe the paper feeding more, and the paper pressing plate has warped edges, and repair and replace it in time.

(2) If there is too much ink at the bottom of the nozzle, it will also block the printing nozzle.
